1. INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES (LSSI)

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you of the following:

• Name and Activity: The Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia (hereinafter, INFO) is the regional development agency for the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. Its mission is to promote and drive economic growth, while stimulating competitiveness, innovation, and productivity within its business landscape.

• Tax ID (CIF) and Nature: INFO, with CIF Q8050004D, is a Public Law entity that adjusts its actions to Private Law. It is endowed with its own legal personality, management autonomy, and full capacity to act in pursuit of its objectives.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia (INFO) holds the intellectual property rights for the INFO-Directo section located on the portal with the URL www.institutofomentomurcia.com.

• Authorization: Only personal, non-commercial use is authorized.
• Prohibitions: Any act of transmission, modification, distribution, assignment, reproduction, or public communication (total or partial) of the information contained in said section is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of INFO.
• Protection: These rights protect all text, images, audio, software, and other content included in the aforementioned INFO section.

4. DISCLAIMER

INFO shall not be held responsible for any consequences, damages, or harm that may arise from users accessing the INFO-Directo section or from the use of the information contained therein, with the exception of all actions resulting from the application of the legal provisions to which it must submit in the strict exercise of its powers.
